E/e-Mark認證簡介

E-Mark認證是歐洲共同市場, 對汽、機車及其安全零配件產品,噪音及廢氣等,均需依照歐盟法令(EEC Directives)與歐洲經濟委員會法規(ECE Regulation)的規定,通過產品符合認證要求,即授予合格證書,以確保行車的安全及環境保護之要求。

    1. SUBJECT MATTER, SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

      Article 1

      Subject matter
      This Regulation establishes requirements:

      1. for the type-approval of motor vehicles, their trailers and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor with regard to their safety,

      2. for the type-approval of motor vehicles, in respect of tyre pressure monitoring systems, with regard to their safety, fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions and, in respect of gear shift indicators, with regard to their fuel efficiency and CO2 emissions; and

      3. for the type-approval of newly-manufactured tyres with regard to their safety, rolling resistance performance and rolling noise emissions.

      Article 2

      Scope
      This Regulation shall apply to vehicles of categories M, N and O and systems, components and separate technical units intended therefor as defined in Section A of Annex II to Directive 2007/46/EC, subject to Articles 5 to 12 of this Regulation.

      Implementation dates of the requirements for electronic stability control systems on vehicles of categories M2, M3, N2, N3, O3 and O4
      凡是進入歐盟市場進行銷售的汽車電子電器類產品,必須通過E-Mark相關測試認證,標貼E標誌,歐盟各國海關才會予以放行,准許進入當地市場,所以,汽車電子電器類產品之E-Mark認證,勢在必行。

E/e-Mark認證標誌分為兩種形式:

一種是長方形外框 ;一種是圓形外框。
◾長方形外框: 指在車輛停止和行使狀態下,均可以正常使用而非必須使用的產品,例如:車載充電器、車載燈具/電筒、車載氣泵、車載按摩/加熱坐墊、車載風扇、車載電水壺、車載冰箱、車載咖啡壺、車載電音響、車載電動千斤頂、車載吸塵器、車載電等等。
◾圓形外框:指在車輛停止和行使狀態下,必須使用的產品,例如:擋風玻璃、安全帶、前大燈等等。而外框內的數字1,2,… 13…,代表頒發該e-Mark證書的各個不同歐盟成員--國家之代號。例如:1代表德國,4代表荷蘭,13代表盧森堡,23代表愛爾蘭等等,即由該代號所示國家的交通部簽發的e-Mark證書。

E/e-Mark認證適用產品

E/e Mark認證適用產品包括:
1.整車-即兩輪或三輪以上之電機動交通工具,如客車、貨車、摩托車、公車及道路外之車輛;
2.汽機車零組件-車燈與燈泡、各種視鏡、輪胎、輪圈、剎車、喇叭、防盜設備、安全帶、汽車玻璃及排氣管等;
3.汽機車附屬配件-安全帽、兒童安全椅、車內附屬電器產品等。   

E標誌認證和e標誌認證

E標誌源於歐洲經濟委員會(Economic Commisssion of Europe,簡稱ECE)頒佈的法規(Regulation)。目前ECE包括歐洲28個國家,除歐盟成員國外,還包括東歐,南歐等非歐國家。ECE法規是推薦各成員適用,不是強制性標準。成員國可以套用ECE法規,也可以延用本國法規。目前從市場需求來看,通常ECE成員願意接收符合ECE法規的測試報告及證書。E標誌證書涉及的產品是零部件及系統部件,沒有整車認證的相應法規。獲得E標誌認證的產品,是為市場所接受的。國內常見E標誌認證產品有汽車燈泡,安全玻璃,輪胎,三角警示牌,車用電子產品等。E標誌認證的執行測試機構一般是ECE成員國的技術服務機構。

E標誌證書的發證機構是ECE成員國的政府部門。

e標誌是歐盟委員會依據歐盟指令強製成員國使用的機動車整車,安全零部件及系統的認證標誌。測試機構必須是歐盟成員國內的技術服務機構,發證機構是歐盟成員國政府交通部門。獲得e標誌認證的產品各歐盟成員國都將認可。   

同E標誌認證一樣,各成員國的證書有相應的編號:
