SGS合約加註
  1. Motor Controller 應用在50V ac 或 75V dc以上者,受2014_35_EU LVD指令約束,歐盟發布最新控管融合標準為EN61800-5-1,參見第41/44頁(Summary list as xls file)
  2. 所以Motor Controller 應用在48 V ac 者,不適合以LVD指令宣告,只能以其最終使用目的考量
  3. 如果僅考量最終使用
    1. 產品為馬達,馬達的電壓僅約30V ac,不受任何法律律約束 執行ISO13849-1相對簡單許多
    2. 考量最終使用產品為馬達及Lift truckLift Truck
      1. 引用機械指令指令:2006/42/EC,由於Lift Truck被列為ANNEX IV危險機械類項目,根據 ANNEX IX規定須由Notified Body 執行驗證
      2. 故我們須小心如此應用會受Notified Body 授證約束
  4. SGS 這份合約展示內容,僅帶到 EN ISO 13849-1 :2015 並未提到產品最終使用,最終應用將在風險評估過程中展開
    1. 僅以最終使用產品為馬達考量,Motor Controller可適用於馬達
    2. 以最終使用產品為馬達及lift truck考量,則可延伸至機械指令所有產品
  5. 建議SGS合約註記(SGS TUV Saars Notified Body 1637)(TUV 萊茵0035)(TUV Nord0044)( VDE0366)( TUV SUD0036)

  1. Innex IV 危險類機械
    1. 如果不能排除屬類為17/21,那就須列管為危險類機械
      17. Devices for the lifting of persons or of persons and goods involving a hazard of falling from a vertical height of more than three metres.
      21. Logic units to ensure safety functions.
    2. 附屬於危險性機械之Safety Components 不在2006/42/EC之控管範圍內
      (a) safety components intended to be used as spare parts to replace
      identical components and supplied by the manufacturer of the original machinery;
    3. 危險類機械須經由Notified Body 執行型式驗證
    4. Safety Components 安全零件
      1. 定義
      2. 列表 Annex V
      3. 並無要求必須由Notified Body 執行型式驗證
  2. SGS如果能保證經過ISO12100風險評估:
    1. 上述A17/21要求可以排除,或是
    2. Motor Controller 屬於上述B,
      那麼我確認就可以引用ISO13849-1執行safety–related part of a control system SRP/CS即可,只是我們宣稱CE的依據就只有EMC與ISO13849-1的評估報告了
  3. 我們可要求SGS在合約上註記:
    1. ISO13849-1的SGS評估報告,加註:
      1. 可以應用於Innex IV 危險類機械 的13/16或17
      2. 評估標準含:EN1175-1:1998+A1:2010及EN280:2013
    2. EMC
      EN 61000-6-4:Generic standards-Emission standard for industrial environments 及 EN 61000-6-2: Generic standards-Immunity standard for industrial environments整合EMC EN12895:2015
