1. Motor Controller 應用在50V ac 或 75V dc以上者,受2014_35_EU LVD指令約束,歐盟發布最新控管融合標準為EN61800-5-1,參見第41/44頁(Summary list as xls file)
2. 所以Motor Controller 應用在48 V ac 者,不適合以LVD指令宣告,只能以其最終使用目的考量,由於最終使用產品為馬達,及最後是Lift truck
3. 如果僅考量最終使用產品為馬達,馬達的電壓僅約30V ac,不受任何法律律約束
   執行ISO13849-1相對簡單許多
4. 考量最終使用產品為Lift Truck
   1. 引用機械指令指令:2006/42/EC,由於Lift Truck被列為ANNEX IV危險機械類項目,根據 ANNEX IX規定須由Notified Body 執行驗證
   2. 故我們須小心如此應用會受Notified Body 授證約束
5. SGS 這份合約展示內容,僅帶到 EN ISO 13849-1 :2015 並未提到產品最終使用,最終應用將在風險評估過程中展開
   
   1. 僅以最終使用產品為馬達考量,Motor Controller可適用於馬達
      
   2. 以最終使用產品為馬達及lift truck考量,則可延伸至機械指令所有產品
